California Residents Privacy Rights 

Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (S.C. 2000, c. 5) (“PIPEDA” or “PIPA”) and the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector. Applies the Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information (CAN/CSA-Q830-96). Limits Personal Information collection, use, or disclosure only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider are appropriate to the circumstances. Requires notice and opt-out before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information. Requires consent for communication or use of personal information for specific purposes and for a defined period of time. Visiting Our Websites or Using Our Services from Outside the United States 

If you are visiting our websites or using our services from outside the Dominion of Canada, please be aware that your personal information will typically be transferred to, stored, and processed in the Canada where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The information protection of Canada and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. Please be assured that we seek to take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is protected. If you are located outside Canada and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including personal information, to Canada and process it there. Children Under The Age 13 

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13 years of age. Our services are not designed to attract the attention of persons under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you should not use or provide any personal information on the website. We will not knowingly disclose any information of children under thirteen to any third party. If we learn that personal information of children under 13 years of age has been collected on or through our services, we will take the appropriate steps to delete such personal information.
